Individual Sessions & Reiki Programs:
Each person is an individual, and therefore your therapy will be unique to you and your needs.
You can expect to relax, fully clothed, on a couch or seated while the Reiki healer holds his hands on or above you. There is no pressure on the body, making it ideal for treating all ages and conditions, mostly hands are held away from the body, a few inches above.
A course of sessions may be recommended depending on the results required. Most often a session will involve a full treatment, covering all the important organs of the body.
The energy flows wherever it is required (spiritually guided) and can normally be felt as a warm sensation or tingling in the body. Receiving Reiki is a very relaxing and soothing experience!
Sessions are held at the Practise in Church Langley Harlow Essex or can also be arranged for your home for an additional fee to cover travel costs.
Sessions last approx 45 mins and will include discussion and exploration of this issue you would like to aid through your Reiki healing.
