Reiki-Essex provides quality training courses and treatments in Reiki Healing and Reiki Hypnotherapy.

Courses run throughout the year for students wishing to learn to work with healing energy.

If you are new to Reiki, there are three levels, Reiki One (Shoden), Reiki Two (Okuden) and Reiki Master (Shinpiden).  Each level will enhance your life in a very positive way, allowing you to cope better with our modern way of living and helping you to achieve inner balance and harmony.  Anyone can learn this system of energy healing, as it is not bound by any belief system.

As a Registered Reiki Master Teacher & Practitioner my courses are now approved for those wishing to become a professional Reiki Practitioner, in line with the Standards and the Core Curriculum for Reiki.
